Preordered and made payment via bank transfer on 10 OCT 2014. Seller informed me on 16 NOV 2014 that supplier delayed stocks and she is going to refund those who purchased it. There have been NO updates from her and have to keep prompting for refund. Delayed replies as well. I understand you're busy with sch but pls do NOT leave your cust. hanging esp when he/she already PAID for item. Till date, no refund received. Now MIA; no replies on WA/Carousell. PLEASE TAKE ACTION, I WANT MY REFUND.
