Buyer Responsive : Yes New Product : No. Item has been used and not new as declared. Packaging : Box is quite worn off due to moisture. Product quality : Kettle looks new. Whistle function works. Minus point to the sprout. There is no catchment built to hold the sprout cover thus pouring out hot water can cause scalding if not careful. Water spilling out from the sprout when boiling.
