Seller can be more forthcoming about item condition. Not only did she withhold details, when asked about the flaws, she defensively said that it was not considered a defect but wear and tear. Irregardless, the flaw was neither described not captured in photos. Very disappointed when I received the item, even more disappointed when she refused to accept a return. Lastly, this bag is quite dirty, and she described it as "the colour is not as bright". So look out for nuances in language when dealing with her. And if you are purchasing a high value item from her, I strongly suggest meeting up to inspect the item prior to payment.
