Very pushy seller. When was told to just sell to other buyer insisted to sell to me. Den i decided to deal. Den due to some personal issue. I informed i decided not to deal. Made a big fuss about it. Tried to explain nicely and apologise soo many time. Den suddenly inform me i need to pay $10 back out fee. Was not inform in the beginning den now threaten to sue me.
