I love how I can pick my own gemstone - the size, shape and colour and have it made into a earring based on the design that I like. Chongsgems is also ever ready to provide suggestions/feedback. My earrings were slightly delayed because they were made in the wrong design but Chongsgems had them remade immediately because they understand the importance of customer satisfaction. 1,000% recommendation!
