Item condition was inaccurately described. Listing stated the bag was “lightly used”, but there were significant undisclosed cracks/damage on the handle and stain on the bottom upon receipt. Seller was not transparent about the defects despite being asked about the condition. Disappointed with the misrepresentation.

This bag was USED/PRELOVED, so normal signs of wear are expected. The “cracks” claimed were exaggerated just to push for a refund while wanting to keep the bag. Lol. Wanting a free original coach .Thankfully, Carousell made a fair decision and returned the bag to me. Super hassle transaction .I should’ve trusted my instincts after seeing your multiples bad past reviews. God bless.
