A very dishonest seller which I had encounter . Sold me a fan which is not the high speed type that I am looking for. I had check with the seller before the deal by message and was confirm by seller that the fan is high speed type .I only found out when I check the back of the fan indicating RPM 1600 and not RPM of 2200.
