I chatted her and asked about Hello kitty item and i also offered the same amount to close the deal. She accepted and we throws replies. However at the end of conversation, she advised me that the item that i inquired was already sold. She also mentioned the "first to pay" basis. How can i pay if she didnt provide me the MOP right after the acceptance of offer? Or even dealing with other buyer if she already accepts mine?
