Unreasonable buyer. Item was definitely in good condition before mail off by normal mail since buyer is not willing to pay for Grab pick up as suggested by me. Already protected item with bubble wrap but it is not within my control that item is not handled well during transit. Wish I could post a screenshot of our conversation to debunk your untruthful claims.

Some parts of the bicycle were rusty. This was not mentioned in the product description. Though still usable , would’ve expected seller to provide info so an informed conclusion could’ve been made
Hi Buyer, i am surprised by your remarks. Prior to delivery, i sent you a video of item & you also inspected the item before collection. You saw the rust & mentioned that you could easily remove it. You could have chosen not to take delivery if you were not happy with the item. I think your comments is very unfair.
Sincere and genuine seller. Went beyond his duty as a seller to provide the additional batteries to make sure units are working well before dealing.
