Buyer extensively checked the product prior to purchase and exchange - we never had issue and buyer was satisfied. Picture looks like too my weight loaded onto stroller. Bad buyer - my review from 2 weeks ago: Avoid this buyer. Kept the item for this buyer after accepting their offer. Agreed Friday latest, but did not exchange until today (Saturday) due to buyer delay. After this, buyer also tried to change the price and pay less than what was agreed in exchange. Terrible experience -avoid.
