You already admitted that maybe it was your courier's fault and that you should not have left me a negative feedback. Again, if any package did arrive, why on earth would I refuse it? If it was in fact delivered, why won't I pay? Naman. It's just 1k. Note l OFFERED BANK TRANSFER but you insisted on COD.My address is at a public market open Mondays to Sundays from 7 am to 7pm,which is impossible not to locate. At this point how is that MY fault?
NO i did not admit that its the courier's fault but didnt close my mind of that possibility HENCE I changed my feedback on her. Note:She liked the idea of free SF at Shopee. INSIST? Told her "u CAN pay for COD" clearly as an option cuz I trusted her n less hassle on her part. ITS HER CHOICE.I never stated ur at fault esp after my FB on ur acc. My response on ur feedback below was base on my experience with the courier. Now ur gving me this feedback. What, you want me to change that response too?
Left me a negative feedback because of the fault of her courier. The courier did not message that the package is to be delivered. How was I supposed to know that it was to be delivered that day? There is someone to receive my package, but unfortunately no package came. DONT YOU THINK this is not my fault, but of the courier? We were messaging in Shopee and you said you will report the incident,and promised that you will update me regarding it.But I didn't receive any message from you after.
She wanted free delivery so I let her purchase at my shopee account, in COD, EXPECTING that she'll recieve it then pay. Sadly, the package returned to me cuz of refusal to accept. Nakiusap pa ako sa csr ng shopee if they cud redeliver it cuz the buyer was giving me this excuse but they cant after trying to deliver it twice. The courier is Shopee's XPOST, an affiliate of LBC, and I NEVER had a case there that they failed to locate the buyer's address. Needless to say, I still trusted this buyer
