Yes, item was in gd condition. However she was really rude. How can u raise your voice at a buyer & make the person wait half hr? Might be miscommunication but still. There is no need to be so rude and nasty. Leaves a very bad impression and reputation on your part.
Phone was not with me when buyer arrived. And phone was on silent. When I went down, she asked to test it. And it needed a screwdriver. So I walked up and get a screwdriver for her again to test it. I tested it the night before as well to make sure things are working. And this lady gave a negative when I was on the way to get the screwdriver! Have to say it's quite a new way to know how buyers behave!
