Sellers should always be honest about an item’s issues and flaws. “Signs of use” means normal wear—not undisclosed problems. When a buyer points something out, don’t get defensive. Apologize, take accountability, and learn from it. There’s nothing wrong with setting our ego aside and admitting when we’re wrong. Integrity is rare nowadays..

Still didnt accept shes wrong on many level.. and never gives apology says a lot about your character… the price negotiated is what both agreed no one forced you do sell with the price and thats should not be an excuse to trick your buyer in sending items with issues para lang sa pera its important as a person na nga lang to be honest and thats what you lack.

The buyer was dissatisfied with the item despite the condition being clearly described as well-used in the listing. She negotiated more than 50% off the original price, and I also provided free shipping and insurance. When she remained dissatisfied, I offered the option to return the item for a refund. Unfortunately, there was considerable back-and-forth regarding the issue. I believe I have already offered a fair resolution. I will leave it at that and will not transact with this buyer again.
