I would not leave any stars as he mentioned the air purifier was only used once. The air purifier is also riddled with live roaches AND roach eggs. I quickly dismantled it. When I washed the filter, black water can be seen washing away from it so he has been using it for a while. The remote control has also been misplaced but there was no indication on this. When I messaged him regarding this, the message has been ‘seen’ but not replied. I can also see he has sold many items on his platform but only 1 review can be seen. Seems like he has done this a lot to times - ‘not accepting offer’ thus people cannot leave him a review. This simple transaction may cost me even more money now if I have to call the pest control as my house do not have any roaches.
