I had an excellent experience with Qiwei. He truly goes above and beyond when it comes to servicing bikes. I brought in my bike for a thorough tune-up, and he stripped it down entirely, cleaning and lubricating all parts with such attention to detail that it felt like a brand new ride. Qiwei is incredibly honest in his dealings, which is something I really appreciate.

I think this will be my 3rd or 4th servicing with Century. Never dissapointed. Services rendered was superb. Received bike smooth as a whistle. Any additional that needs to be attended to, was explained proper. But I still have the final say and decision. No hard selling at all. I just bought a preloved bike and thought it would be better to get it checked and serviced. I managed to find Qi Wei. He was friendly, responsive and was very accommodative even though my send-in and collection timing is like late 10plus at night. Pricing was very reasonable and the bike feels smooth after his work. He also managed to resolve the creaking sound on my roubaix futureshock. Good job
