buyer put up and offer, when come to the day to deal, buyer say he is sick, asked to reserve for 1 week. since he sound sincere and convincing. I am ok. then after 1 week, when coming to deal, he said he have a better offer and do not want to deal with me anymore. A waste of time. People like this really spoils the day
