The seller has a problem with her courier. I prepaid the delivery cost to her and when the Deliveryman arrived he was charging me a delivery fee. He returned the package to his office to verify the prepaid delivery. The seller contacted the courier to clear things out. Three days later the courier failed to make the delivery. I have paid the seller the for the item and delivery fee.
