Hi there, Firstly, you lowballed me with $75 for the pristine and perfectly working sewing machine, which retails for twice that amount. I only obliged when you mentioned that your daughter wanted it. After a week, you broke it, and asked me for help. Despite my being only a consumer and therefore could not provide warranty, I, out of goodwill, pointed you to Spotlight, from where I bought it, for warranty and repairs. And they repaired it for you. What more could you ask for?
