Insincere & irresponsible buyer. Asked to meet twice for transaction but failed to show up - said that her relative passed away to avoid the first meeting; did not appear at the second meeting without informing me beforehand and only claimed that 'something urgent cropped up' as an excuse days after her no-show. Said she was still interested, so I inquired if she'd like a third meeting, to which she blue-ticked. HMU if you need screenshots of our conversation as proof of her lack of reliability.
