extremely good seller! was very patient and took the time to teach how the bicycle functions. seller also waited while we tried it ourselves and helped to guide us. they even shared tips on cycling routes and how to maintain the bicycle. seller and his wife are an extremely nice and kind hearted couple, sending us home in their car as it was raining and we live nearby. thank you so much! this was one of the most pleasant transactions i've ever had! definitely recommended! :)
