i will not even give a star to this seller. sold me a overused kindle with faded screen and blames me for not checking it first before we part ways. i tried to request for a refund and willing to shoulder the delivery to return her overused kindle but she refused and claimed that its not the kindle the she sold me. 10 years in carousell this is my first encounter w/ this kind of seller

My kindle was in excellent condition as advertised and shown on carousell I handed you my kindle in person and you checked it before making payment One hour later, you claimed that my kindle's screen was fading. Initially I thought you had settings wrong and was typing to help you in good faith. However you said you are very familiar with kindle, and in fact, had purchased another one on the same day. I don't know what happened since you took my kindle. I hope above facts clarify things
