Haven't received payment for the book yet cos the buyer insisted on carousell payment. I paid an additional touchngo transfer to buyer for the delivery cos the buyer apparently already paid carousell. And I haven't received anything yet for this sale.

I made this complaint public for carousell to make payment to me for the sale. They have been making invalid excuses for days. My issue is not the little RM7 that I sent to you. But the fact that cos you insisted on carousell payment, all this issue happened. In spite of that, I paid you.
6 months ago (edited)Iโm sorry to hear that you had such an experience. For clarification, I made payment through Carousell and the amount already included the shipping fee. When delivery was arranged, I was asked to pay the shipping fee again, which should not have happened. Therefore, requesting a refund of the extra shipping fee I paid is reasonable. I followed Carousellโs transaction process fully and did not engage in any fraudulent behavior. Any platform-related issues are between you seller and Carousell.
