Backed out from deal for a bed frame transaction. Requested for bed to be removed from bedframe even though it was highlighted that dismantling services are required from buyers- shared that we didnt have space to park the bedframe elsewhere and buyer wasn’t pleased.
Follow-up review
Buyer had specific movers requirements and wanted the bed area fully cleared before dismantling. I explained that space in my flat is limited but offered to place the frame in the corridor to help. Buyer declined cancelled the deal and later left an exaggerated accusatory review. I revised my ratings from 3 to 1 star due to the unfair feedback.
8 months ago (edited)Glad we didn’t buy from this seller who can spin the truth for a small sale.Had no qualms making us liaise back and forth and then refused to remove the mattress and expected our movers to do it for them. On top of that twisted facts in the review, conveniently forgetting they asked to cancel when we refused to move their mattress for them. If ur selling have the courtesy to keep your items so it is easy for the buyer to collect! Worst seller encountered on this platform! One ⭐️
