Amazing chat with the seller. Easy transaction. Got the butterscotch flavor and it was beyond yummy! Very affordable for a customised edible image cake (added glasses for person confidentiality). Not too sweet and feedback from everyone is that cake was really delicious! Highly recommend to purchase cakes from seller. Has wide variety and good selection of flavours.

As a first time buyer, I feel there was a lack of communication with the seller. replies were not fast and there were no updates about confirmation or the process. not even a day before a msg was sent to say that the cupcakes are ready. mentioned delivery could be provided in the end it was q grab svc with I paid $19 and cupcakes was $12. just for 3pc I feel it was not worth. but nice cupcakes.

Thank you for the feedback I tried to msg as soon as possible for all ur queries, its sometimes not possible to reply at the same moment amidst orders. Also shared the expected look of prints before ordering them. When u enquired I had checked and updated abt the delivery charges, it was showing some 12~13$ on that day, but grab/lalamove charged 3$ extra on Mother's day As the cupcakes were up to the mark, fulfilling all the specified requirements, I feel they shouldnt hv got a 1* star rating
