Product was sealed and brand new. Took quite some effort to deal. Couldn’t transact via caroupay even though seller said she’ll try to enable it. However, seller didn’t inform that it wasn’t possible on her end, even whilst actively chatting on Carousell and otw t meet at her convenience. Gave false impression; had no choice but to use other method of payment. Would have appreciated being informed beforehand.
