Buyer asked me to prepare the dress she wanted to purchase, accepted offer and said she will pay soon but she did not pay nor had the item picked up from my place. Buyer kept saying she will pay with GCash but no payment has been done. Everytime she’s online, ignores you and will say so much but no plans on actually buying the item. Bogus buyer. Next time please if you don’t have money, don’t offer. After wasting my time and effort, I even got a 1 star feedback. Lol. Already reported this buyer.
