Buyer reserved the item and agreed 1st meet up time to deal. On the 1st day we supposed to meet at 6:30pm, buyer notified me at 6:15pm that he had urgent thing to handle and asked me to do it tomorrow. On the 2nd day, which we supposed to meet at 6:30pm again, buyer only notified me at 6pm that he will skip buying it. This was last minute notification and I don’t think it is responsible enough.
