I remained polite throughout this entire situation, even in my review. Unfortunately, they responded with a nasty review and later added an even harsher follow-up. This was uncalled for and immature. The issue was a simple misunderstanding, but they chose to escalate it by speaking badly about me. Highly disappointing experience. I do not recommend. :)
