It is a disappointing buy. The surface is not smooth. Condition is definite not 10/10 more likely 5/10. Played 1 round just now and it was frustrating.
It's a carrom board. Dents are definitely visible due to strikers hitting the side, which does not affect the game in anyway. It's part of the game. And the smoothness depends on the kind of powder is being used and the carrom kit will help you in that. Sorry if you felt otherwise.
