Unethical seller and dishonest seller. Sold me a damaged qipao. When I met her I checked if the zip could zip and unzip however when I brought it home the zip at the end was actually torn and broken from the start. When I reached out to her, was unapologetic, did not want to refund, said maybe something happened from my end When from the start the end of the zipper was torn. Becareful everyone!

The dress was brand new and in perfect condition. During meet up the buyer checked the dress and the zipper very thoroughly with no issues. However after a few days she came back saying the zipper spoiled and asked for a refund. Even though it wasn't my fault, I still apologised but explained that I hope she understood I couldn't do a refund as it was it pristine condition and brand new and she had checked the item very throughly. Couldn't refund as it was unfair to me as well :(
