buyer offer me a fast deal price and stated that the deal must be done on that day but in the end doesn't want the watch.

I already explained when we met and this seller so eager to give anyone one star so fast? Our deal is supposed to be a watch. And I encountered a watch seller on Carousell before that he asked me to try the watch first before buy. This one star seller also mentioned to meet and check the watch. I thought he also means the same like other seller and didn't clarify what he means and it became my bad. We met. I tried the watch on and unfortunately it didn't fit me, so I had to withdraw.
