Tried to charge more after the work was done. I'd informed them I had 3 IKEA ceiling lights to install. They didn't ask for any details/pics and just quoted so I accepted. After installation, they tried to charge extra since they consider 3 bulbs as "big" and "require assembly". If no. of bulbs affects your fees, why didn't you ask? And you knew they were IKEA lights when you quoted.Unprofessional

I didn’t provide incorrect info to you. I have screenshots of our chat to prove it. It’s you who made a mistake in quoting and then blamed me. If you wanted to charge more, let me know BEFORE installation, not after, and get approval. And I DID PAY YOU EXTRA even though you made a mistake. Accept responsibility instead of blaming me for your mistake and making it seem that I didn’t pay you.
5 days ago (edited)Customer hiding information not provide all the information after we go for a job, the different history than additional job, he don’t want to pay for additional job amount very bad asking for additional job money, do I pay already? So then put the bad view you guys, careful from this kind of customer because of don’t give full information, then take the condition after that showing the more job, then don’t pay already

There is no electrical point in the bathroom so contacted Rahaman. Appreciate the prompt response and advice via WhatsApp. Rahaman arrived on time and took care to consider the aesthetics when installing the water heater, trunking and switch. He consulted me before doing anything to make sure I was comfortable with the placement. Very professional and good workmanship. Highly recommended!
