Buyer enquired on availability and meeting @ MRT I stated my payment conditions on my reply Buyer read my reply and made an offer I assumed he accepted my condition and therefore made an offer I accepted offer and waited for payment that never come I asked if he still want the deal and he remained silence throughout last three weeks I am ok to cancel deal but at least made an response

Buyer paid by Caroupay but because i only realised I couldn’t send via tracked postage, had to cancel the order after I mailed out item already. This buyer ended up not paying for item, and just left me on seen.
