Seller was really nice and patient with all my question and concerns regarding the product. Even gave guidelines once product was received. Product itself was in great condition and was wrapped in bubble wrap and placed inside a box. The device works perfectly even through vigurous testing. Battery life was still loooking good and all buttons are still good. Seller is well and good trusted. Thanks
