Made a lowball offer which I kindly accepted. Then MIA for 2 days. I checked with buyer if she is still interested, she ask if can meet up when my listing clearly stated mail only. Told her so and she MIA Again. In the end back out on the deal with no single ounce of courtesy to inform. Rude, insincere, mannerless human being.
