Buyer turn up after a few days of no communication.

Terrible buyer. One, he asked on the day itself to meet later than planned as he was busy which I agreed to. Two, doesn't reply to carousell messages after being late and not giving an eta which resulted in me calling him. Three, tells me that he's arriving in 15mins but doesnt arrive after 30mins. In the end waited for him for 40mins but he went MIA. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND

Not a buyer to deal with. Very keen and interested at the start and made offer and then no reply for sometime. Keeping me on hold and then backing off last minute

Courteous chap Deal was completed on same day however in a haphazard manner Asked for half price same day deal which was agreed, contingent on meeting at specific Mrt station. After offer accepted he asked if deal can change to another nearby station (No). Though he asked and clarified, still went to the wrong station/bus stop, resulting in wait for him to take the Mrt over to deal location.
