Made an offer with no intention to complete the deal. Cancelled first meet-up claiming he can't make it. Rearranged meet-up one week later. Cancelled the 2nd meeting and backed out of deal because he wasn't able to purchase another product at a reasonable price to complement the item. Unresponsive throughout the duration of the deal.
