I rarely give 1 star reviews, but this transaction was a waste of time. On 8/5, I accepted her lowball offer, but got no response until 8/7. She apologized, saying she was busy at the office, the rain was nonstop, and she was tired. She then said she was going to pay but bargained for an even lower price which I declined. The whole transaction was frustrating so this 1 star review is deserved!
