The seller was very prompt in sendi g the parcel once payment was done and very clear with instructions. The minus 2 stars is for: 1. Thw product description here says for 1 to 2 year olds but on the box it says its for 3 years and above. 2. The wooden holes and grooves are nod sanded well enough for me to comfortably give it to my baby with out worrying about babt getting splinters.
