accommodated her req to do sdd since i went to the city. first attempt - didnt get to ship as i rcvd no reply and had to go sumwhere. this is my ideal delivery sched. second attempt - our deal was to ship at around 9AM but items were shipped 12NN. this is on me bc i woke up late + had to prep. note that there were time gaps in our comms and both sides didnt get to reply right away. i understand she needed the dress ASAP and i accept my shortcomings. hoping for a bit of understanding bc ✨life✨
This is the most dishonest seller I have ever encountered while shopping in carousell. Worst shopping experience ever. Although the refund was made, the seller‘s behavior violated business ethics.
