She messaged after receiving the item asking if she could return it/have me resell it for her — I declined, as any normal buyer would understand that once something is bought & accurately described, it’s theirs. She uses “disappointment” as an excuse to shift blame on the seller, even if nothing was misrepresented.
1 year ago (edited)Hi! I asked for a refund since the item was way too small—in short, hindi ko magagamit at all yung item. So I asked if I can return it and ako na gagastos sa shipping. But the seller refused. Again, this is a LESSON LEARNED, so the ending is, money wasted on something I wouldn’t even be able to use. Simple as that. Andaming pausong label ng generation na ‘to 😂 Simple lang naman, ibabalik lang kaysa hindi magamit kasi sayang pera. Andami pa sinabi 🙃🙃🙃

True to her name, BIPOLAR nga! After messaging me na “Ganda pala ng fit, thanks Maam” nagbigay ng 1 star review. At gusto daw nya ibalik ang item. HOY, Kahit i-review mo pa ko ng 1 star paulit ulit, you do not matter, girl! Pls have yourself checked, there is something wrong with you. No wonder why you have so many negative reviews even tagged as joy reserver.

GIRL, kahit sinong customer na nalugi sa item, frustration ang mararamdaman. SI SINO KA PARA MAGSABI NA THERE’S SOMETHING WRONG IN ME? LESSON LEARNED NGA EH. Read again. Many negative reviews? Last time I checked, highest ko is amazing chat with 13 transactions. Probably sellers with HONEST MEASUREMENTS. Leave my page.

Bought a medium & a large swimsuit. She said she's a medium pala and large is big for her. Girl is pushing to return & refund BOTH items. Yes, even the medium one even if it's her size. Item is not damaged. low-morale na daw sya and not happy sa treatment ko sakanya, hindi lang inaccept yung first low ball offer nya & return, todo paawa.

2 years ago (edited)I don’t get why online sellers cannot accept returns and/or refunds when physical stores DO provided that items are returned properly. There are laws to protect consumers and dahil lang “hindi nagbabasa ng store rules” exempted na ba kayo sa Philippine laws and regulations? Wala ka naman gastos sa delivery and mabebenta mo naman ulit.. Why can you not extend a consideration? Just say priority mo yung profit over welfare of buyers AND GO 🚩🚩🚩
Kept harassing me to accept return of swimsuits she bought. There is nothing wrong with the item. Did not ask anything about sizing before purchasing. Size delivered was correct, quality was perfect. I refused return&refund bec it's not my fault at all. She's also called people who wear a size large a "tabachoy". Excuse me, large body frames are sexy too
I LITERALLY ASKED what’s the size. And asking the size was not the point. I was asking to RETURN the items kaysa masayang na hindi magagamit. LITERALLY NO EXPENSE FROM YOUR END. Kahit nga ibalik mo binayad ko, lugi pa rin ako kasi back-to-back gagastusin ko sa courier. Ano ba naman yung pagbigyan mo ibalik? Tapos irepost ulit?? Kaysa hindi magamit yung items.
