Mr Tan is wonderful.. really friendly and helpful. The best part is he can speak many language and that is a plus point. Must use his services when you go bintan...his rates are very GOOD... and most importantly, he is very patient with his guests. The layer cake he brought us to is authentic local homemade and not very oily and superb fresh.
