Sold us a table which has chipped and scratches and didnt mention when updating products. During collection, table was wrapped with newspaper explaining to secure it. When inform of the faulty parts, owner said that it was given perfect and it was our mistake. And it was really expensive for the damages.
Hi, the buyer did not question the condition of the table prior to the price been agreed.The buyer did not request the dimensions of the table also. The buyer did not inspect the condition of the table upon collection and payment. The table was wrapped to protect it in transport and not to hide the minor damage. The buyer had the opportunity to remove the wrapping but did not. The table was purchased new at $750 and listed at $200. The buyer purchased the table at $140 which is a fair price.
