There is absolutely nothing wrong w/ asking veryfying an item’s authenticity. What disappointed us was that the order had already been confirmed. We provided our bank details, complete contact information, answered your requests, and carefully packed the item after you informed us that you were already booking a rider. It was only after all of those preparations that the order was cancelled. Respect goes both ways.
