never buying from this couple again. when buying was emphasized that was looking for gradeable, found out there was a hidden defect after and they refused to do anything about it, now I can't resell it to someone else, and I can't grade it, I essentially have a brick. well played con. be wary to all

The buyer thoroughly inspected the card in person using their own magnification equipment before completing the purchase and accepted its condition. The card was sold as an ungraded card at the prevailing market price, with no PSA 10 guarantee made or implied. The refund request was made only after a third-party opinion the next day. A post-sale grading opinion does not mean the item was misrepresented, and I respectfully reject the false allegation that this transaction was a scam.
