Mailed the wrong item .. feedback but no response

Seller mentioned that item is in working condition just need to install battery (not China battery) but after receiving item by mail and installing the correct battery, the thermometer is not working at all. After sending a message to seller asking abt the condition again, seller did not reply at all. Money gone just like that! Cheater! Don hv to cheat ppl's money like this!
