Mr Lau is very nice and honest! He was very meticulous and make sure cleaned up after he finished fixing both toilets. Even gave me tons of advise on how to maintain and clean out bad water stains! Highly recommended and really a joy to talk to when you just had a horrible day facing a faulty loo! Thank you!

Mr Lau is a "plumber god". Did an excellent job using his simple tools. Was able to make great the leak/mess my dishwasher contractor make of my sink drainage in a calm,confident manner. Went down to his van twice to get the parts despite it was raining heavily! I asked why he charge so little, he says he know that I already have to pay my contractor! So KIND! He made my day. Thank you so much!!
