I strongly dispute this review. The buyer’s claim rests solely on perceived smell and colour, which do not establish that a product is counterfeit. I retained the batch details, the item was within shelf life, and the same set has been sold before without issue. After I provided these facts, the buyer blocked further contact and produced no evidence to substantiate the allegation. I categorically reject this claim. PM for screenshots and proof. The allegation remains unsupported by any evidence.
