Seller is very pleasant. She went the extra mile to send photos of the packing, she’s also very polite. However, listing was very misleading. It says ZARA but it’s not Zara. She said that she cut the tag but it doesn’t look like it has any tag to begin with. Even the side label doesn’t look like zara. Sad :( Item is not so expensive anyway but why lie about it :(
