This is the first time I ever encounter such issue in carousel . Buyer at first requests for an authentication service YET she refuse to let me prepare before meet up. She insisted to meet up at authenticator to get the cert and deal at the same time. After meet up, she was unclear about the authentication cert will not be issued until the next week. Buyer then wanted to postpone the deal, but did not offer any deposit. The item finally was sold to another committed buyer.
